These terms explain the rules for using VoxText and its audio transcription service.
Your permission to process audio
You may upload only audio you own or are authorized to process. You are responsible for obtaining consent where recording, transcription or sharing requires it.
Transcription accuracy
Automated transcripts can contain omissions and mistakes. Review important names, numbers and decisions against the original recording before relying on the text.
Service availability
The service may be interrupted, limited or changed. Supported formats and the current file-size limit are shown in the uploader. The Pricing page lists included transcription allowances; the uploader shows the file-duration limit for your current plan.
Free usage limits
Guest and account allowances are subject to the current plan shown on the Pricing page. Each file must also meet the size and duration limits shown in the uploader. Additional network, upload attempt and service capacity limits apply. Do not create repeated anonymous sessions or automate requests to bypass these limits. Failed tasks do not consume the transcription allowance, but repeated attempts may be restricted.
Refund Policy
VoxText Pro is a digital subscription service. You may request a refund within 7 days of a purchase or renewal if none of the Cloud Minutes granted by that payment have been used. Once those paid Cloud Minutes have been used, refunds are generally not available, except where required by law or where we cannot provide the service.
To request a refund, email support@voxtext.io. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for a refund to arrive depends on the payment platform.
Prohibited use
Do not use VoxText to violate privacy, intellectual property, recording-consent or other laws, or to upload malicious files and attempt to disrupt the service.
Suspension and Termination
Illegal activity, fraud, abuse, attacks on the service, bypassing usage or quota limits, and unauthorized access are prohibited. VoxText may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms.
